We adopted Mitch 10/2005 after going to a Greyhound Meet and Greet at a local pet store and falling in love with the breed. When we got him from the race track he was so skinny, covered with fleas and had worms. He is doing better now, he is still afraid of loud noises and not sure what to think of his sisters and brother (kittens), but he tolerates them!
