Arrival Story:
Wilbur came to us from a wonderful breeder, Chelsea whippets, in Bakersfield. On the four-hour car trip back to San Francisco, he wanted to watch everything but was so tired he had garage-door eyes, and finally he just nestled his head into my chest and went to sleep. Little did we know this would be Wilbur's m.o. -- doesn't want to miss out on the fun, maybe he'll just rest his eyes for a bit...

Bio:
Wilbur's a lover above all -- he greets dog buddies with a smooch on the muzzle -- though he's not above a little rough and tumble either. He loves to scrap with other puppies and to worm his way between your body and the back of the couch. His tail wags in a circle. We love him!
