Arrival Story:
We went to the pound because my brother wanted to adopt an iguana. My mom was apprehensive but we were going to "look." Anyway, we got there and someone had just dropped off a litter of 14 puppies in the lobby. Little Bo came walking out from underneath one of the chairs and sat right on my Mom's foot and looked up at her with those loving brown labrador eyes. For me it was love at first sight and my Mom later said she knew she couldn't leave without him either even though she said no at first (we already had a corgi mix at home). My aunt who is an animal control officer at the pound said go ahead take him home you can always bring him back tomorrow if it doesn't work out. She knew that puppy would never set paw back through those doors. He came home with us and slept with me that night and we were forever pals.

Bio:
He was the happiest dog EVER. He was never sad, always had a wagging tail. My friends had never met a dog as happy as him. They were amazed at his loving, happy-go-lucky attitude. He lived to go for car rides, even if it was jumping in the back of the truck for my Dad to back out of the driveway only to pull back in so my family could rearrange cars for one of us to leave. He also enjoyed going boating with my parents, he would hop right in and take his place at the front of the boat! Bo passed away at the early age of 5 due to kidney failure. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss his wagging tail and smiley, doggie grin.
