Found on http://www.petfinder.com at a high-kill shelter. He was about 9 - 12 months old and very skinny. We suspect he was brought to the shelter after a puppy mill bust. Adopting a homeless pet is so rewarding!
Bio:
Gunnar is a big goof of a dog. He loves to play fetch and tug-of-war and to nap on the big comfy couches. He is intensely interested in other dogs but they don't always appreciate his efforts at play. He loves cats, but they tend to hate him. He just wants to sniff them, but often gets a swat on the nose. Only Savannah will let him get a good whiff, and she ends up with doggie spit all over her.
Gunnar is incredibly patient and gentle with his two year old human brother, Jacob and is generally a very good, sweet and friendly dog.
Gunnar is neutered, microchipped and lives indoors with the rest of the family.
