Arrival Story:
My husband was a Realtor in Philadelphia at the time and a woman he was renting an apartment to told him that if he wanted to rent her an apartment we had to find a home for the Ollie (she was a breeder and her rule was if anyone ever got rid of her dogs they had to go back to her so she always knew they had a good home - we were actually his third owner). Anyway my husband's plan was to have our neighbor take him but the second I met him he jumped in my lap and cuddled up with me. I knew I could never give him up. The funny thing is, he gave ME up to live with my parents. I still consider him mine he just lives with my parents. He likes being in a one dog family and I have three goldens also. My parents are retired and he is with them all the time.
