a few months after my husband and i first met, we had a co-worker whose dog just had a litter of puppies and he let us have one. elvis was the last boy, he was just a tiny little thing, like a little brown furball. so cute! he sat on my lap the whole drive home, didn't bark, didn't make one sound. he's pretty much stayed that way ever since! he's such a mellow doggie.

on may 22, 2007, elvis passed over the rainbow bridge. i will miss you elvis! see you when i get there.
