Arrival Story:
My husband and I were visiting my father about 3 hours away and when we were leaving, about to get on the interstate, this dog bolts out of nowhere and starts running after our truck. We figured he lived around that area, but there were NO HOUSES anywhere in sight. The dog kept on chasing us and it didn't look like he was going to give up, so we pulled over and he hopped right inside the truck. He was very friendly and we put him in the backseat so he could rest. We drove slowly up and down this stretch of road (about 5 miles total) and it was desolate. No houses, no traffic, no nothing. So we took him home with us. We figure he was probably just dumped out in the middle of this place. Poor little guy. He was hoarse, could't bark at all for about 2 days and hungry. We already had another dog (a stray we'd found about 6 months earlier named Molly) so we were worried about bringing another dog in. But we shouldn't have worried, they ADORE each other. They're totally inseparable.

Bio:
We're not sure exactly what Cody is. He's definitely got Shepherd in him... and a curly tail and black-spotted tongue like Chow.... and markings either of a Rottie or Doberman. We don't know, but he's the sweetest guy in the world and we're so lucky he picked us to chase down that day. :)
