Frank Rae is a shepherd mix who came from Second Chance Rescue: www.secondchancerescue.com based in San Rafael, CA. He was turned into a shelter in Lake County, CA., when Second Chance Rescue spotted him. The second we saw his rocker hair, we knew he had to be a part of our family (we are considering getting our hair cut and dyed to match his) In addition to having great hair, he's also a genius and a precious angel.
Bio:
The Rae in Frank's name came from his godmother, Charlotte Rae, who inspired us to rescue!
