Alex loves to walk in the woods with his mama (me) and his sissies - another mastiff and a weiner dog.

Pet-Peeves:
Alex is so relaxed, he doesn't have any pet peeves. His ear starts to tickle after the cat has suckled on it for too long.

Favorite Toy:
His brown bear named Lo-Lo. Alex also loves to play soccer with his indestructible ball. He will kick and nudge it with his nose just to the edge of the retaining wall and then stop it before it rolls off.

Favorite Food:
Bananas. Anything mama is eating.

Favorite Walk:
Allsopp Park, a wooded area close to our house. Or to Ms. Gail's house to say hello to his girlfriends and get a treat.

Best Tricks:
Alex can shake hands with one paw and then when you say "other hand" he will switch paws and shake again.

Arrival Story:
My sweet Allie-pooh was purchased as a show dog from a kennel in Oregeon. He rode on Delta airlines all the way from Oregon to Arkansas when he was only 3 months old. I knew he was going to be the best boy I would ever have when I opened his carrier at the airport, saw that he hadn't pottied in it, but instead, waited until he got on the grass to tee-tee.

Bio:
Alex is loved by everyone who meets him. He's so slow now that I don't put a lead on him when we go for our walk. Alex only barks when he wants to be let in. He's become a bit of a whiner and now whimpers in the middle of the night until I lie down on the floor with him (it's too cramped with me and his sissie, another mastiff, on the bed). Our vet never cages him. Instead, when Alex has to be left at the vet's, he's given the front exam room with a window view.
