Moonshine's Memories

Moonshine is no longer with Us

Today we had to have Moonshine put to sleep. She had developed an immune disorder and her body had declared war on itself. The other dogs don't know what to do with themselves, but hopefully she is at peace now.

Simple Life

I really have a simple life. I hang around with Brutus all day and watch him enjoy life. I'll have to admit that Brutus has a way of making every day interesting. He'll get a hair-brained idea to go explore the woods and come back with a big bone from a deer or heaven forbid, a shallow grave. I hope not, but that's just how he is. We of course have to go on a walk with Poppy every day, and we always go exploring. I would have to say my favorite person is Poppy. I've known him all my life, after all. He even built us a house here after we moved from our old one in North Carolina. I think I will probably be around Poppy forever. He has always been good to me. But I enjoy hanging out with Brutus because he is just fun to be around. He also knows the best places to get something good to eat. He has been scouting the neighborhood ever since he was little. But that's all I wanted to say right now. I'll write later!
