Bio:
Jacques was the runt of the litter and has spent hours at the vet (which luckily he loves!) He is an IBD pup and has other related imuno problems but he is full of character and obsessively takes his ball to strangers at the park. Even though he is small, he is the boss over Lily, who is twice his size and can't live without him. He is a dog that everyone knows (whether they want to or not). When he is not insisting on the ball being thrown, he loves his pats and snuggles.
