Arrival Story:
Spot was left behind by his family when he was 2 1/2 years old and they were moving. He had been in the shelter for 1 month and his time was up. Fortunatly, he had bonded with one of the shleter workers, and she could not let him go. She was given one more day to find him a home. We got a phone call from a friend who found out about him and made the decision to drive 500+ miles round trip to save his life. We didn't know if we were getting a foster or a new pet, but within 24 hours it was obvious, he was here to stay!

Bio:
Spot has been a great addition to our family. He loves his sisters and chasing squirrels. He also has become a wonderful therapy dog, becoming one of the most saught after dogs, by the children who read to him at the library.
