Wasn't Christmas the Best!!!!

Wowee, I can't belive how mega Christmas was, loads of people to sniff, all our family visited & get this they all brought Poppy & I presents, it was so much fun.
I thought the preparation to Christmas was great, my Mum made this thing called a Christmas Cake, she ran out of eggs & had to go into the village to get some. This was a great time for Poppy & I as we stole the bag of flour from the counter, it exploded with a bit of a thud & I have to admit it looked alot nicer than it tasted. It was a real pig to get of my nose. I thought we were in for it when Mum came home but she couldn't shout at us because she was laughing so much, so instead of getting told off I had my photo taken. See I told you Christmas is the best!

PS Mental note to self, wait until Christmas Cake is actually cake, it's alot better than the ingredients & easier to get off the roof of your mouth!

Exciting Weeks

I have been let loose on the world for a whole two weeks & I have had a ball!

I went swimming with my sister Poppy, I was only meant to go and watch & try a life jacket on but it looked so much fun I desperately wanted to join in so I was allowed to swim a little. I was only allowed to swim for a minute because I have to build the time up over a course of weeks. I was not a happy puppy when I got out & I was really jealous of Poppy who got to swim for a whole 20 minutes!

Walking has become a lot more fun as I have been let off the lead on the enclosed section of the Westwood & our local dog Park.

Friends Ahoy, I've made friends with Poppy's best friends Lucy & Betty & met lots of other really nice dogs when I went to Dog Club where my parents & I are learning how to show a dog, it's great fun & when I get it right I get a buscuit, how cool is that!

My First Big Day Out

Today I went for walkies for the first time, it was very exciting. My Mum made me wear a coat because it was rather chilly. My Dad had my sister Poppy Paws & my Mum had me.
They walk very fast but I tried to keep up, if I get tired I jump up at my Mum, whine & she picks me up - not for long but it gives me a break.
I went into The Dog Shop in Beverley & got lots of fuss & compliments, then into my Mum's hairdressers to see her friend Sharon, lots of fuss again, then we went onto the Westwood, which was very green & smells of cows.
Poppy gets to walk off the lead & my Mum says when I a little bit bigger and something called trustworthy I can do the same, looks alot of fun.
Yawn, wowee I'm very tired, this walking business really takes it out of you - must have a power nap - toodles Pup Pals
