Bio:
See Glory or Missy's story. Homer is my Amish Shar Pei because he does not like his picture taken. If he sees my cell or camera he's gone. He runs upstairs & hides in the bedroom. I have no idea why the camera freaks him out. The other dogs were never like this. He used to be a show dog & he won lots of awards. With awards & ribbons comes picture taking. He stood tall & proud for all those pictures but for me forget about it. He absolutely hates to have his face touched. No idea where this came from either. In the show ring they touch the dog almost everywhere even the face. He'll let me touch his face but i can tell he doesn't like it because he turns his face away. He says "I'm retired, don't touch my face & NO MORE PICTURES DANG IT!". Homer lived a long happy healthy life. He passed away at 15 yrs, 3 months & 1 day old on October 2nd, 2009. He was surrounded by family & friends as his first class ticket to heaven was adminstered here at home. RIP Old Boy Homer. I miss you.
