Quick Bio:
-pound dog

Birthday:
November 1st 2002

Likes:
Laying in any pathway of the house, the more in the way I am - the better. A good romp in the creek behind the house is terrific except it makes me smelly and then I have to get a bath which I tolerate but won't say I like.

Pet-Peeves:
Other dogs walking past our big picture window. A guy has to guard his domain ya know.

Favorite Toy:
An occasional rawhide but mostly I just lay around.

Favorite Food:
Any left for me after my beagle brother is through. I'm not a particular kind of guy except I don't like carrots.

Favorite Walk:
Anywhere my people will take me. I'm easy to get along with.

Best Tricks:
I can sit and lay down and catch treats and roll over but who wants to show off?

Arrival Story:
Mom had a new beagle puppy and the kids were hollaring that he needed a friend so they went to the pound. I was kind of scraggly and quiet and wasn't yapping for all the attention. It's a good thing mom was trailing behind the kids because she saw me standing there looking longfully at those teenagers. They picked me up out of that big scary cage and changed my name from Oliver (I wasn't much of an Oliver really). I have been forever grateful to get out of doggy jail. Nobody knows where I came from before that but I was a new puppy and as happy as I am now, it must have not been too good of a start in this world. I'm on Easy Street now though.

Bio:
Mom says when I'm old and gone she is going to have me stuffed because she will miss having to step over me everytime she tries to walk through the house. It was great fun being puppies with Newtie, but I didn't much care for Savannah and her antics of chewing on me but I've gotten used to her now and let her snuggle up to me when she wants. I couldn't care less about the cats. I'm just an easy going kind of guy that anybody could love. Mom says I remind her of tramp off of the 'Lady and the Tramp' movie but she hasn't let us watch it yet. Mom did say something about having to take better pictures of Newtie and Me. I hope that doesn't mean another bath.

Grandma's House

I guess you can consider the house where I grew up to be my grandma's house now.

Ever since I came home, I was considered the oldest kids dog. Well, she's all grown up now and has her own apartment about a mile away from where I used to live and I got to move with her.

I'm kind of big for an aparment but with my laid back attitude it works out just fine. Nobody even really knows I'm around since I resemble a funny looking bear rug. We don't have much of a yard to speak of, just an enclosed concrete patio and a little patch of grass but I'm adjusting.

I still get to go back and visit my old house and run in the back yard there plus I get to go on walks and car rides and stuff.

I'm getting the hang of this college stuff too. I fully understand that it's my job to lay ON the bookbag when it gets tossed in the front door. I never did that during high school but I suppose since college books cost so much, I should guard them.

Everybody have a great day.
