Arrival Story:
Rocket is my third cattle dog and a native of Montana, as I am. ACD's are incredible animals and after my first one, I vowed never to own another breed. You won't find a more loyal, agile, sharp minded, dog. They are high energy and need at least an hour of exercise daily, if not two.
I found Rocket for sale on the Internet. The moment my wife and I saw him, we knew he had to be our dog. From Spokane, it was a 500 mile round trip to get the little guy, but worth every mile.
Bio:
Rocket has a big sister, Babe, who is a stumpy-tailed cattle dog. Being working dogs by breed, they are always on the go. They would rather play than eat. When my arm wears out, Rocket throws the Frisbee to himself and catches it in the air.
