Not again!

I LOVE the Park!!

Mommie took me to the park the other day. I havent been to the park in forever! Sooo much fun.

It was a new place, but as soon as we pulled in the parking area, I could see all of the other dogs running around and having a good time. I tried to stretch out of my seat belt, but I couldnt reach.

I ran and ran and ran. There was even a lake of death! And those crazy dogs were swimming in there too! I tried to bark and warn them, but they wouldnt listen. Aint no way I was gettin in that stuff! YUCK! Also, the wet sand felt nice on my belly. Its fun to dig in too!

Sadly, I did end up getting wet when I got home - Mommie gave me a bath. NOT COOL! Personally, I like dirt.. but she doesnt like stinky things. Stink doesnt bother me one bit.

Im TWO years old today!

What a great day so far!!! I had a yummy people breakfast... eggs, sausage, and crunchies! (dont worry, it was puppy safe) THEN, i got a new lambie toy. it makes the funniest sounds!

George tried to take it from me, but i bit him in the head and took it back! There's no way Im sharing my lambie wtih George! He will make it all stinky!

THEN, when mommie got home from work, she gave me apple and chicken treats! They were really chewy and good too! I took it over to my blanket and played with it a little first. Treats always taste better when you roll them on the carpet first.

THEN, I got a birthday cookie with my name on it! Me and George licked my name off as fast as we could so we could munch on teh cookie part... soooo peanutty and delicious!

THEN!!!!! I got a yummy bone with marrow in there and jerky on the outside too! It made me thirsty and when I went for a drink.. there was George - tryin to steal my bone again, well, that time I didnt have to bite him, my mommie took it back for me, phew!

After such a great day, mommie had to go and ruin it by giving me a bath. ughhh! But then she let me cuddle in the people bed, so that was nice.

Fireworks Scare Me

I dont know what this 4th of July junk is, but it needs to be over with quick! All these popping noises are scaring me to death. Im stayin in my crate, and thats the end of it.

Mommie keeps trying to make me go outside - WHY!!?? Once she came in my crate and drug me out... not cool! I like it when she brings me food and ice to munch on instead... its nice and cushy and safe in here. I wanna stay in the crate forever! And the park too... and rides in the car.. .

I just hope I dont have to potty any time soon. Maybe I'll just hold it till tomorrow, when its quiet outside.
