Arrival Story:
Kelsey was a gift from a friend. When I moved down to Florida from NY and knew no one, it was just Kelsey & me!! She was 8 weeks old when I got her and the love of my life since!
I nicknamed her Punkinhead when she was a puppy and over the years it got shortened and morphed to Punkin and now I just called her Punty!
Bio:
Kelsey turned 16 years old on May 14; she was blind and arthritic but that didn't (usually) stop her from being very active! She walked into walls and things but just turned around and kept going! We called her our little bumper car! She was still a very happy little pup!!
Update: Kelsey passed over Rainbow Bridge yesterday, 6/18/08. It was her heart; though so full of unconditional love, it was weakened by heart disease. As hard as the decision was to help her over Rainbow Bridge, I know she is no longer in pain and she is happy being with those she has lost as well this year year. She won't be lonely. She will be missed terribly and loved forever.

Kelsey passed over Rainbow Bridge yesterday, 6/18/08. It was her heart; though so full of unconditional love, it was weakened by heart disease. As hard as the decision was to help her over Rainbow Bridge, I know she is no longer in pain and she is happy being with those she has lost as well this year year. She won't be lonely.
