Arrival Story:
My name is Gargoyle (I know, silly name, but what can I say, my family liked it) and I'm a slow moving senior boy. I'm an English Pointer that came in as a stray and yes, I am a purebred dog. Those of you not in the hunting world probably don't know what a stellar bird dog I probably once was. But those days are in my past and being older, I'm more resigned to napping and slow walks with my family. I'm great with dogs and even cats! But because I'm getting older, I don't have the patience for little kids and would do best with 10+ kids. My family said I was crate trained, housetrained, great with adults and teenagers, very easy going, rarely bark, and a really special dog. If you are looking for an easy going companion, that's me.
