The date was January the 7th just a normal type day. I had to pick up my mother from work and when she got in the car she said she didn't want to go home... so we took a drive to find something to do- We ended up at The Block, which is an outdoor mall, and it was dark, raining and cold. Why had we gone there? Well, I thought we could look in on the puppies at a pet store called MoonDoggies- I had heard that petting puppies can make you feel healthy and relaxed and that would be a nice way to unwind- I looked at the puppies and instead I felt kinda sad that they were there but none had that "something" I didn't know I was looking for- Then I saw something that looked like a hamster curled into a ball, just a black and white puff... it was asleep and I couldn't figure out what it was- I pouted a bit and moved on to look at some other puppies but something made me look toward that oreo colored fluff one more time.... And I saw him, The little black face with button eyes and button nose-The little bandit that stole my heart- I couldn't leave him there, he was meant to be mine, I knew it in a moment. Then my mom asked if i wanted him, that it was worth it to her to see me smile after sooo long a time that I had been sad and lonely- She helped me buy him and he came home that night wrapped in a white towel while I held him and laughted and cried at the same time- He has been my Number One Guy ever since.
