Harvey likes to lounge around in his bed with his blankie and pillow all day. He also loves his mom and dad and possibly his little brother Nemo.

Harvey hates baths, cold/snowy weather, fireworks, thunderstorms, when mom & dad leave, when they take Nemo with them, and going for chemo treatments.

Down the nature trail. He loves to look for squirrels.

Arrival Story:
Harvey use to be the dog of our wedding photographer's neighbor. They were trying to find a new home for him with sighthound experience because his divorced owners didn't have the time to care for him anymore. We just happened to meet him while picking up our pictures one day. Since his owner was out of town and left Harvey outside to fend for himself in the cold, we opted to take Harvey for the weekend. That weekend turned into a week, which turned into a month, which has turned into forever. =)

Bio:
Harvey was diagnosed on 9/12/05 with lymphoma, stage 4. He went into remission 10/17/05 and finished chemo on 3/27/06. Unfortunately, he relapsed on 11/13/06 and went back on chemo. Thankfully, he's now in complete remission again and doing fabulous!
