Speak, she can speak normal, and then if I make the "hush sign" she speaks quitely.
Arrival Story:
I had gone to pick up a friend at a near by restraunt. I was just selling my basset hound, because he was good for our home. (But he did end up going to a really good home!) So I was looking for another dog to call my own. On the way in the restraunt, along the path, laid this quite sweet rott mix. She was really dirty, and just had this sad look in her eye. After my friend and I had finished lunch, we were waiting for our families, and we decided to go look at this poor dog. I figured it had belonged to someone in the restraunt.
When my friend and I got outside and started playing with her, I fell in love. She was so sweet and kind. A lady who worked at the restraunt had come out with us, and as we were playing with her, said that she was dumped off by some people a few days earlier. They just pulled up, opened the door, and pushed her out. I was heartbroked for this poor dog. I ran in and told my gradmother to come out and look at her. She followed me and she was taking a look at the dog. After I begged a good ten minutes, she looked at the dog and said, "fine". I loaded her up, and was checking her, to make sure she didnt have any cuts or anything.
Before we left we had about six people tell us that we better get her shots. They were all worried. On the way home she had gotten sick, and we seen all she had ate was old restraunt food. I felt so bad for her. We got her in the house, and started spouting out all these different names. One came to mind, and stuck, "Kacey" I decided all dogs need middle names, so I added, "Lynn Kapree" About four months after bringing her home, we found out she was going to have pups. It was a neat thing to see. And im so glad we brought her home.
She still has some bad behaviors to work out. (like grabbing blankets when I rough house with my brother) but she has become the best dog. very loving.
Bio:
Kacey hates kennels, and just decided she liked staying in the house with my puppy Kata. Kacey hates me to go outside without her, and will sit on the arm of the couch waiting for me to come back in. She is my baby.. =)
Kacey also has a thing for chickens. She trys to have lunch whenever she gets outside. Im suprized those poor chickens are still kicking. Kacey has got out about 100 times =)

Well today while we were all watching tv I got mad at Kata and snapped at her. I just felt like she was blocking my view of the food getting ready to fall on the floor. Mom made me sit in the kennel until bed time. I don't think I will do that again.
It has been so warm here! We have all our tulips in bloom, and they started in the end of Febuary! I haven't had much time outside due to the running around of the family. They can't seem to take a break, and when they do they waste the day by sleeping! See if it were me I would be outside at all hours, hunting, jumping, and trying to figure out how I could become more friendly with the goats outside. I still haven't met some of them, and it sure would be nice to do. Its getting Late, so mom wants to go to bed.. but I wanted to say thanks to my new pup pal Suger Bear! Thank you also to all the other puppals I have, its so fun to see all the puppals I have!

I seen my present under the tree yesterday. While Lace was outside Kata and I decided to play with it tell she got back, well I lets say that she wasnt to happy that we freed it from the evil blue loud stuff it was covered in. But I got it early, and she didnt get to mad..
It was a pink collar that says "Pretty in pink"

Well we woke up this s'morning, and Kacey wouldnt get out of bed. Which is strange, she is the first one up and to the door when my alarm goes off. Well I walked to the top of the stairs and called her, no Kace. Finally after calling her and teasing her with treats if she got up, she came, but was stumbling alot. She got to the first set of stairs (only 3 steps) and fell down them. I was thinking maybe she was woozy from sleeping, but then when she went to walk down the rest of the steps (about 12) she fell down about half of them. I caught her, and carried her down in front of the fire place. She cant move her back legs hardly at all. Shes not old, only about 3 or 4, and has showed no signs of arthrits before. So we have a Vet app. at 4:00 to find out whats up.. I hope everything is Ok.
