Arrival Story:
We got Jack from the Wayne County Humane Society in Lyons NY in May '05. I was drawn to the puppy out in the yard in a fenced up area all by himself. He was jumping up on the chain link fence when I started walking up to the other dogs cages..he barked a few times. When I saw him I told my husband that he is the dog we're going to take home PERIOD! (Hubby wanted the giant Rottweiler with dominance issues)They told us he had been in & out of the shelter twice. The worst reason being that the previous owner took him to the vet & based on the size of his paws that he would only be about 45lbs, not a full size shepherd. So they took him back to the shelter. Well he's now 70+ lbs., about the size of a normal shepherd. He's the sweetest little/big boy.

My new buddy

Wow my new little sister is GRRREAT!! Ghost is so little, I have to be very gentle with her. But I love to play with her all of the time, sometimes when she's sleeping I nudge her to see if she will wake up to play with me. She sometimes thinks she's the big boss & barks at me with her tail up in the air..I let her get away with it cause she's just so darn cute. Well I gotta go now & play some more! YAY!
