Arrival Story:
I found Diesel on Petfinder.com. He and his littermates at 2 months old were up for adoption at the Ohio Humane Society. A breeder apparantly left them out in the cold february weather and thats all I know about his first month of life. I called, filled out an application and traveled down to pick him up. The volunteer at the H.S. had told me ahead of time that he was the biggest of the litter, and of course the goofiest.
Bio:
Diesel has the sweetest temperment. He's afraid of the loud noises the wind can make, yet he will be the first to stand up to anything to protect me if he feels I am threatened. Have I mentioned he's smart?? Sometimes a bit stubborn, but then again he IS a Dobe.

So some small read lump appeared out of nowhere on my thigh...so everyone was worried and I had to spend a day at the vet to get it removed.
I AM FINE and I dont wanna go back there!! Guess it was just a growth that isnt cancerous so I'm back to running, and enjoying life as a dog rather than one that just had stitches going on just boring walks. That SUCKED!
