Best Tricks: bow, roll over, play dead, circle, beg Arrival Story: Droopy came into my life from a wonderful mentor and basset lover, Ellen Ferguson. Ellen is extremely involved in the Basset Hound Club of America and strives to breed bassets that are correct in type and temperment. I was looking for a puppy that came from healthy parents as well as champions. Ellen makes sure that all of her dogs are tested for all of the common basset disorders as well as having the hips x-rayed. She is an amazing basset breeder who competes with her dogs in many activities such as agility, obedience, rally, and rabbit hunting. She has earned many titles on her bassets and bred numerous conformation champions. She is the reason I have my Droopy. Bio: Droopy is a VERY active basset. He goes to obedience school several times a week at Best Paw Forward. He takes conformation classes, rally classes, novice and open obedience classes, and agility classes. He loves the teeter totter and the tunnel. Droopy also enjoys rabbit hunting. He has had a couple of conformation wins and is just beginning his obedience showing. Droopy has also been a model for a pet clothing company. Droopy is always into something and constantly makes me laugh. He is one of a kind.
