It's been a while since we posted in our diary here on Dogster ...ahhh, life gets busy quickly.
We are still enjoying going to doggy daycare and even get a few days here and there with beautiful sunshine, ah how we love cool weather with the sun out so we can bask in the sun without overheating ...perfect bully weather.
There has been a lot going on at home with some house construction and frankly I am tired of the noise, dust, and general disruption. I try to let mommy know this by pouting and peeing in the house, so far it hasn't worked but I'll keep sending her the messages of my displeasure. Rumor has it that we will have the house back to ourselves in another 4 weeks or so ... I don't know if I can make it that long, there may be a serious tantrom in the works.
There is some snow here today and not too much sun :( I think we'll play a little more then head off to a nice afternoon nap.
Ok, enough with this cold weather! How is a pup supposed to enjoy romping outside in the snow when it is 0 degrees out! We are bulldogs, not too much fur keeping us warm. Over the last few storms we have gotten about a foot of snow. Normally, I'm a snow girl but this cold weather has even me wanting to turn around and go back inside. Poor Ebi, he doesn't like the snow, the rain or the cold weather. Good thing he is small enough for mom to carry outside or he would never go out there. Ringo of course is having a great time running around, making yellow snow and being his silly self ... gotta love that silly pup!
Sadly, we will not be able to go see our Grandma and family this year in SC, too much going on with Daddy's work and the timing just isn't right :( But we will get to see them all in May ... ahhh, May warmer weather.
We will be hanging out at home this holiday time, laying by the fire, playing with toys, bones and snuggling ..... life is good.
We hope all of you pups have a safe and happy holiday season!
Big bully hugs,
Lily, Ringo & Ebi-
We had a great Thanksgiving, so many friends and family and of course food around .... I think it took us a few days to fully recover.
But in the meantime, we caught Kennel Cough, well really only Lily and Ebi got it but Ringo was lumped into quarantine also. It has been way over 10 days since our last cough and mommy says we get to go back to daycare tomorrow! YEAH!!! Oh it has been so tough not being able to play with friends (we missed our monthly bulldog meetup too), it will feel so good to get out and play again. From other doggy mommies that we have heard from, this round of KC has been a tough one and of course the vaccine does nothing for it. We hope that all of our doggy friends are feeling better soon and we look forward to seeing you all at daycare, at the park, anywhere that we can play!
