Arrival Story: Lee was the runt of my first golden retriever's second litter. I had a hard time selling him because he was so small when he was a pup. After one year, he grew to an enormous size, and now he's top-dog in our house (among 5 retrievers).

Bio: Despite his huge appetite, Leo would rather play than eat. He's got athlete's foot because he's always playing in water.

I forgot... there was this other chick who wanted to have my babies too... but I'm a one-woman stud ( I think), so I passed her off to my OLD kennel-mate Zach. Hard to believe, but he's still got life in those old bones of his. If he DID get it right that time (he usually does, lucky dog), it'll be his 20th (?) set of pups. He's a menace to the golden retriever population.
Whereas...I've only sired a few litters. But that's ok. Quality over quantity, I always say.

She arrived without fanfare, walking into my life with just a slight wag of her tail. She smelled diviiiiine.
That shooter guy kept pointing her ass at me, I couldn't understand why. i wanted to talk to her, not her ass.
So I said "Hullo" to her, rubbed my nose against hers a couple of times. Then she said those words that all studs like me wanna hear "Leo, quit that tomfoolery and do what it is you're being paid to do".
And so i did.
I admit, I needed a little help. Don't blame me, I was much bigger than her, she would've buckled from my wieght. It was heaven, all 12 minutes of it. That's all I can say. But as quickly as it began, it was over. She was being led away by her human, out the door and out of my life.
And I didn't even get her name.
