My mommy came and looked at all my brothers and sisters and picked me 'cuz I was the cutest and the calmest of my litter. I surprised her by perking up and being very busy after a couple of days.

It is really hot, so I am glad my Mom gets up early to walk me. We go around our neighborhood for about a half hour early, early, early. I am so good on the leash, and I really like this time with Mom.

I turned 5 months old on February 1st. I am getting bigger and bigger. Sometimes I don't know how big I am. I still play with Corny the cat, but I am much bigger than him and sometimes I forget that I am bigger. I am learning my manners, and am learning to walk on a leash. I still love my toys, and my Mommy and Daddy. Life is good!

My Mommy and Daddy are trying to get me used to riding in the car. Today I did better until I threw up. Then I felt better. I hope I get over being car sick! I am 2o lbs! I am also getting very good at "sit" and "down". My mommy and daddy are going to take me to school starting in two weeks. I am very excited to meet friends and learn how to be a good doggie. Mom says that I need to learn how to be nice to be a good therapy dog, which is what I want to do when I grow up.
