Ha Ha! I'm smart!

Well Mommy has been feeling a little under the weather lately, not sure whats wrong with her, I heard something about morning sickness? Not sure what that is? So she hasn't been wanting to get out of bed in the morning. This morning I was fed up, after an hour of the alarm going off, I thought I've had ENOUGH! So I went over to Mommy's bed and pulled the covers off of the bed! Ha ha Mommy I'll show you! I than sat on the blankets so she couldn't get them back. And it worked because she finally got out of bed! Whoo hooo my plan worked!

THE COOLEST PLACE EVER!!!

Well yesterday mom and dad took me to the COOLEST PLACE EVER!!! It is a beach just for me!! (Okay MAYBE not JUST for me, there were quite a few other dogs there too, but REALLY it was created just for me!) I had so much fun jumping in the waves, fetching my ball, fetching other dogs balls (HELLO it is MY beach so whatever is there IS mine!!!) I could have stayed there FOREVER but of course after I played for a while Mom and Dad said it was time to go:( Then mom took me over to this thing and they sprayed me with REALLY cold water! NOOOOO!!! I don't mind taking baths and I love water but this was too cold and I AM spoiled so I am not used to water this cold! After I shook off Mom and Dad took me for a little walk and I found some sticks to take along with me.

Mom and Dad put me in the car and I was TIRED so I was ready to go home, but apparently it wasn't time yet! So then we arrived to another place and started walking around, Mom and Dad were looking for something to eat. They stopped at this one place but then the guy said that I had to be tied up on a meter and so I wouldn't be able to sit next to mom and dad, I could see them but of course that isn't good enough. So as soon as they sat down I started barking, NO WAY that is going to happen! So they found another place and this place was much nicer, they even had a bowl just for me!!! So I sat and happily drank while Mom and Dad ate. Then I lay down and went to sleep, apparently something was really funny with the way I was laying because people just kept walking by laughing, What haven't they ever seen a doggie sleep like me! Its pretty comfortable let me tell you! So it was time to go home and we started walking back to the car, I saw this dog and he was standing VERY STILL, and wasn't barking at me! What's up with that, dogs are supposed to bark at me!! How can you not pay attention to me!!!! So I barked at him and barked at him, Mom and Dad started to laugh at me and told me he wasn't real, HUH??? Real what?? Why was everyone laughing at me, why didn't he bark at me!!! He smelled kinda weird though! So then we went back to the car and to sleep I went, what a fun day!! When are we going again???? Tomorrow maybe?????

Sooooo whats new with me....

Well last weekend I had some friends come over, Tucker and Tabby. They came on Saturday and stayed until Sunday.... Sleeeeeeppoooover! WHOO HOOO! I had a lot of fun, especially with Tabby, Tucker doesn't play so much and he occasionally feels the need to sneak up on me from behind. I don't care for that too much.

We all really liked the same toys for some reason, and I don't care for sharing, HELLO all toys at my house are MINE! (Even if you brought them with you, it is MY house after all!) I had fun but I was ready to have my house back to myself (and Mommy and Daddy back to myself, I don't like to share them either!)

I'm a BIIIIIG girl!!!!!!

Daddy weighed me today, I am 68 pounds at 9 months old! WOW! I'm going to be a BIG girl!!!! So much for being the runt!

Rain and Thunder...... Maybe I am related to Marley.

Last night while Mom was on the treadmill it started raining really hard. I ran outside to check it out, then came back in and started running around in circles, Zoomie like. On top of the couch then off, then on the other one then back to the door and then all over again. I was just going nutty, Mom didn't think I seem scared though just REALLY excited so I am not QUITE like Marley. And luckily also I wasn't being destructive (but maybe if I had been locked up in a crate I would have been because I wouldn't be able to get my craziness out!) I eventually calmed down and just layed down and looked out the door. GEEEZ Mom says I can be quite entertaining:)

5 MONTHS OLD

WOW! I am growing so fast! Yesterday was my 5 month birthday and I am 46 pounds! Mommy can hardly pick me up anymore! I am growing up to be such a good girl!

4 MONTHS OLD!!

Today is my 4 month birthday!!!! Daddy took me to the dog park again, and then later on Mommy met us there! I had a lot of fun, there was this one dog a lab like me, but he was twice my size and played a little rough for me, I was a little scared but still had fun. Then this really big dog came, he played really nice with me and whenever the other dog started playing rough with me he would come over and stop him! He was my protector:)

Mommy weighed me today and I am 35 lbs!!!

Then Mommy brought me home and she gave me one of those yummy bullysticks! I have been eating that up since I came home!!!

My First Visit to the Dog Park - 2/26

Well today Mommy and Daddy brought me to a dog park!!! It was so much fun! I have to admit I was a little scared when I first got there, this big dog decided to growl, bark and trying to bite me. But then his owner took him out and it was better. There was another dog that wanted to play with me, but I was still a little scared, I wasn't used to playing like this, and definitely not with doggies so much bigger than me!!!! But after a little while I felt a little better. Then there was only this one dog left and he just kept laying there on his stomach. But I wanted to play, so I went over to him and he growled out me!! Okay guess he didn't want to play!!! Then me, Mommy and Daddy went for a walk on my lease and when we came back there were more friends to play with! These doggies were more my size and I had a lot of fun! One doggie was a boxer named Ellie and I really liked her! I got my confidence back and we were having so much fun!!!

Then it was time to leave:( I can't wait to go back it was so much fun!!!

Second visit to the vet - 2/13

Well I had my second visit to the vet today. I had to wait a LOOOONG time and I was getting impatient! HELLLLLO don't they know how important I am! GEEZ! But I was very good with my shots and now I am done with all my puppy shots WHOOO HOOO!!!! Now I am allowed to socialize with other doggies and go to the dog park!! I can't wait to meet some friends! OH and I weighed 28 pounds!!!!!
