Arrival Story:
After helping a junior colleague in a project, he asked me if I would like a puppy as a thank you. I went to see his pups and fell in love with the little black one, Pao.

Bio:
Pao wasn't very bright but was a happy dog who loved people, especially if they took notice of him, and even more so if they gave him a chewy! The pink picture is a portrait of Pao and Chang painted by an artist who stopped me in London Fields one day and asked to photograph them. Sheena Vallely, the artist, painted dogs. The next I heard was an invitation to a gallery opening some months later where I saw the painting. And of course had to buy it. It's quite big at 4ft (122cm) x 2ft (61cm), and the pink really strikes home! Pao died of cancer on July9, 2004. R.I.P. Pao. We miss you but you live on in our hearts.
