 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: October 31st 2005
Likes: Ziggy likes sleeping of course! Still, when he gets the chance, Zigster goes crazy. His favorite things are toes. Mmm! And cuddling, his family and friends, play-biting, licking, and the sound of paper.

Pet-Peeves: Ziggy hates, hates, hates when he is expected to do things on his own. Eating, sleeping, playing, and going for walks. He just has to be side by side with you!

Favorite Toy: He has three favorite toys. These include Mr. Octopus, whose tentacles squeak! (All 8 of them!) Also, he likes squeaky Mr. Lobster and his ball. (Which he just found out MOVES when he hits it!)

Favorite Food: Science Diet puppy food is good, but Scooby Snacks beat them all! He likes the chicken and cheese the best with pizza and beef at close second. Still, I'd have to say his favorite is your toes!

Favorite Walk: Being only 2 months old, most walks are right outside the door. I can't say he likes these walks in December! Favorite walks? INDOORS! (especially on the couch. His record is 20 times back and forth on the couch.)

Best Tricks: Like I said, he is pretty fast on the couch. Also, again he can make his ball move with his paws! Last, he is the best blanket you can find in the world! (besides our good friend, MacDuff, and pals.)

Arrival Story: We had been searching for a dog for AGES! We had to find a calm one, good enough for a 7 year old. Also, our family had allergy issues. We needed one that didn't shed. Laboradoodle? We tried to get one. They didn't fit our needs. We also came close to getting a Portuguese Water Dog. That's when we heard about Spanish Water Dogs. Our Dad went out to Delawere to see a dog. Unfortunately, they had hip problems. Finally, we rescued the runt of the litter in Virginia - Ziggy!!! Before we adopted our little bundle of joy, he was just like Wilbur in Charlotte's Web - he was our runt who no one wanted. He couldn't be left alone! He wasn't eating! We are so glad to have him! He is extremely sweet and loves cuddling and playing.
Unfortunatly, early in his life, Zig had some hip problems. He was suffering and we were to put him to sleep until we found a very gracious woman who was willing to take Ziggy and give him the final operation he needed. Ziggy is now living in Connecticut by the name of "Tobey."

Bio: Although Ziggy doesn't shed, he is unbelievably fluffy! Also, he is our family's first pet except for fish and hermit crabs. At first, I was afraid to pick up animals. People would have to pick up their pet for me. Now, I can pick them up all by myself!
Ziggy is like Simba from The Lion King. We hold him up like Rafiki and sing "The Circle of life." Also, we talk to him in Spanish sometimes because he is a Spanish Water Dog. Our favorite term? Ziggy, no muerde! That's Ziggy, Don't bite! He likes burying his nose in your elbow, armpits, or knees. Also, he thinks he's a human. He'll climb up and wait for you to burp him like a baby. His favorite song is from West Side Story.
"I feel Ziggy! Oh so Ziggy! And I pity any dog that isn't me tonight!" (I Feel Pretty)
At two months, Ziggy broke his hip. After surgery, Ziggy has been better, but he still has had a few medical problems. He has been a strong puppy and we are all so proud that he has pulled through.

Forums Motto: Sleep, eat, and then sleep alot more!
