She's not very fond of outdoor walking, but runs all over the house

Arrival Story:
Lucy came to our home in October 2005 when we had her flown in from Missouri. She was the youngest pup from a bundle of 2 boys and one other girl.
Bio:
Lucy is one funny dog, 6 pounds of fluff and fun. While she is very affectionate, she can also be quite feisty at times. She LOVES to dig for gold where no gold can be found, and she loves to fight and tug at plush slippers, especially when they are on human feet.
She is as mischevious as the Lucy Ricardo after whom our Lucy was named.

My birthday wass this past Tuesday, on August 15. My mommy bought me a cake from Three Dogs Bakery. It was peanut butter flavored with some yummy, YUMMY frosting. I LOVED it!!!! If that's what I get for my birthday, I wish it could be my birthday every day!!!

My mommy's friend came by the house this past weekend and she said that I look like a potato! A potato?!?!?! I don't get it. But it was funny never the less. I get compared to all sorts of things - dust bunnies, dirty cotton balls, tissue boxes, but a potato? Maybe mashed potatoes.

The other day my human mom came home from work to find me under the dining table, surrounded by wads of shredded gift wrapping paper. I looked at her and tried to point the blame on my big human sister, but my mom's too smart. She knew it was me. When she tried to give me my stuffed toys to chew on, I turned them away and went to look for more paper lying around, or perhaps even an unsuspecting slipper somewhere.
I like chewing on slippers and paper. They're a much more interesting texture and consistency than those toys that my mommy buys me. I don't get why she wastes all her money on these toys when there's paper all over the house!
