Arrival Story:
Tully was just a few months old when someone abandoned him in my yard. I put a bowl of water out for him, since it was warm, but didn't want to feed him. Several days passed and he never left our yard, so I started feeding him. He became an SPCA sponsored dog and was neutered and vaccinated. We became his foster family while he waited for a real home. That was 3 years ago and he's still here. He's a keeper!

Bio:
Tully is named after a character (Tully Mars) in a Jimmy Buffett book. My husband and I are huge Buffett fans and this name just seems to fit him.
