Arrival Story:
Haley came to me as a gift from a past relationship and when that ended she was the best friend I had. She even helped me pick her new Daddy (he was the only date I went on that she didn't try to eat alive, only gave him kisses). So here we are now 6 years later, and she has 4 kids to watch over - which she does like a mother hen - and 2 young pups to teach right from wrong - she loves the pups, she doesn't want you to know it. All in all, Haley is the perfect dog. She watches over her family and we watch over her.

To my Haley Marie - we have been through so much together and unlike humans, you have never let me down. You always know when to be silly or to be protective, or cuddly. You did a great job of picking out your new daddy and I know he loves you as much as I do. I believe we have a special bond and we can read each others minds. I was afraid when Maddie was born that you would be hurt and feel less loved with a baby in our life and you took it all in stride and never showed a bit of jealousy, only affection. And when we added Lilly & Rowdie to our family, you let them know who was boss since you were first but you are so tolerant of their silliness. We know how mature you are! I know we share so many secrets from our hard times that I know you'll never tell and I will mention again how you instantly liked your new daddy and would never let anyone else near me. And you were right, he is a good man! I think we all get that one special chance in life of having that perfect 4 legged child and I know no one will ever replace you. You were my first and you will always be first in my heart.
