My Final Entry

Mom, I'm here at the Rainbow's Bridge waiting for you and the others to come meet me. It's beautiful here and Mom, I feel wonderful again like when I was young. I can run and play and I don't feel angry with everyone that comes near me like I did when I lived with you and the others. I use to hurt so much I was afraid they would bump me and make my pains worse, so I would growl and snap at them to keep them away.

I know you felt bad about having to let me go and I heard your cry so hard that morning as Dr. Nygard helped me to this wonderful place, but Mom please don't cry for me and don't worry about me not understanding. I do understand and I am thankful. Besides we both know we'll be together again someday along with all your other fur babies.

Adding To The Family

Well I guess I should of know this would happen one day. Yes it was just a matter of time. My mate from way back when I was a youngster and our son are coming to live here with us. Dogs, if I thought it was crowded before with Bo, Annie, the two cats, and lets not forget the ferret, then I best prepare myself for the added family.
Oh I'm sure we'll all get alone most of the time, but I'm also sure there are going to be differcult times also. I for one wold rather just to be left alone to sleep where I please, but that rarely happens when you have other dogs in the house.
Well we'll just have to wait and see how it all works out. Iheard Mom mention this Thursday. OH DOGS! That's one two days away! I best go get my rest now while it's qiet..

Getting old is tough

First let me tell everyone that I have to have someone else to type for me. Today it happens to be Bo.

Hi all!! (Bo)

Alright now let me tell you the reason why I have to let someone else do all my typing. You see I'm getting up in the years and I'm blind in one eye and am having a hard time to see out of the other one. Mom is making me do all my walking by myself because the vet told her to. The vet says I'll do fine even if I loose complete sight, but I know Mom still worries. I hear it in her voice when I miss a step and she rushes to help me. I get mad and give a little growl. I can get around alright as long as everyone stays out of my way and I know the right places to step.

As in every other old creature, be it people or animal, my bones are getting old and I move slower then when I was young. I guess the Maker Of All Creature sets us up that way so as we don't go rushing into things and get hurt.

In any case.. I am still excepting friends to my page and will try to get to any and all that post to me. I got one request from a very lovely lady by the name Lillith. Thank you Lil for asking for my friendship.
