Arrival Story: Jammer was born at my house, every dog in her pedigree for five generations back is a champion .I thought long and hard about breeding her mother Maya. We did all the genitic testing reccomended for our breed and chose a compatible sire for the puppies. Maya has a wonderful temperment, is herding instinct tested , does obedience and fits the standard for the breed. The puppies had lots of attention and socialization from the moment they were born. I had a hard time trying to decide wether to keep Jammer or her sister Fergie . Sadly Jammer never grew big enough to show but I love her and she is such a beautiful girl.Since she is too small she was spayed, breeding her would have been irresponsible. She is training for the Rally obedience ring at this time.

Bio: Jammer loves to play with her Aunt and her mother. She also helps me to educate the public about the importance of genitic testing and getting a dog from either rescue or from a breeder who is breeding to improve the breed and not to make money.

Boy , to say it was a busy weekend would be an understatement. We had the Eukanuba Invitational dog show in Tampa and our Cattle Dog club hosted the met the breed booth for our breed . My Aunt Indie and I bolth went over on Saturday to greet the public and tell them what great dogs we are. There were so many people and they all fed us treats.....it was great! I was so tired that I wanted to go to bed at 8:00 but my mom wouldn't let me because she said after all that food she didn't want to have to take me out in the middle of the night. I didn't go on Sunday but Indie did, I stayed home with my dad to keep the cats in line. The most exciting thing is that my grand sire won Best of Breed on Sunday over everyone and he was the cattle dog everyone saw on TV that night.......Woohoo for Sam!

My mom took all 3 of us to see my brother Quigley and his brother Cowboy today. He spends his days at work with his mom who ownes a doggie boutique called Fluffy Puppies in Clearwater Fl. We all get to run around the store and pull all the toys out of all the baskets. Well we were waiting around for lunch to show up and some ladies came in, of course we all rushed up to meet them. I guess for some people 5 cattledogs might be a bit overwhelming but they talked to all of us and told us how cute we were. We followed them around, I really liked the taller lady, she was very nice and she said I was the cutest. Well after she left I heard my mom andQuig's mom talking and come to find out that nice lady was Kirstie Alley, it seems she is some famous person, I just thought she was nice!
