Arrival Story:
Ginger and her brother Charlie Brown, were surrendered to a kill shelter in another state. I saw their pics on Petfinder. They were labeled viscious, biteing, hate children, not housebroken. They were on "death row"......
Bio:
We had them both transported to their forever home, here in Vermont, with us. They were stinking and skinny..... the first thing they got was a bubblebath and their old stinky collars were thrown in the trash !
In November 2008, the 4 Labby's, the 2 horses and us, the 2 humans moved to the Great Smoky Mountains, in NE Tennessee !
Ginger and her brother must have had a "rough" beginning , they were very shy and scared. Ginger is pretty high strung, for being part Lab. She is always afraid of being left by herself, she waits anxiously for our return. She has trouble maintaining her "self control" when we arrive home from work at the end of the day. She just NEVER stops wagging her tail, and jumping and licking !
