Arrival Story:
Roscoe was one of seven boys born underneath a house to a homeless mother that roamed the train tracks of Highland Park, California. He never knew his father or more likely...FATHERS! All of his brothers were adopted to wonderful loving families.

Bio:
Roscoe loves his brother Kensi...who looks nothing like him! Kensi is half his size and looks like a Jack Russell. Kensi is the one in the picture who is giving Roscoe a kiss on the lips at their first birthday party! Roscoe also loves playing with dogs his size or smaller so that he can chase them and nip at their hind legs! Other dogs seem drawn to him because of his shiny soft clean smelling coat, feathered ears and brown eyelashes.
