Arrival Story: Drove to Troy, OH from Crystal Falls, MI to rescue her from some religious fanatics who were running a puppy mill. Bio: Born: 10/03 in OH; don't know parents. Was in poor to average condition when I got her; crown slightly asymmetrical. Zoe is very friendly, too friendly for her own good I think. She gets bored easily especially when I'm on computer, keeps crying until I pet her or she falls asleep on bed; likes to stay active & alert. Loves to be belly petted, touching or rough housing with me. When it's bed-time, Zoe is first in. Most unusual trait is waking up from under quilts, jumping out of bed, going to front room windows and barking at deer walking through yard about 100 feet from house when all windows are closed ca. 3 AM. Zoe is the only dog I can pet and then rub my eyes and I don't have an allergic or asthmatic reaction too. Favorite treat: a tablespoon or two of osterized liquid paste of roasted jennie-O turkey, cheese, cottage cheese, multi-berried yogurt, boiled egg, boiled broccoli, carrots, Grape-Nut flakes, tuna, pumphin and a touch of diced garlic. Knows several commands, but when told, she thinks about it first, stubborn streak, before deciding if it's in her best interest; usually she obeys.
