He is so amazing and yet totally frustrating all at the same time! This is a very special dog...and I'm so glad he's choosen to live with me!

In October, my stupid brother, Bogey, and I got into a big fight. I am still mad at Bogey, but my mom says it was my fault. BUT...Bogey chewed through his crate to get to can it be MY fault?!?!

I'm all better now (and so is Bogey) and I'm back doing agility. My dad is now training me and I LOVE it. Dad is so fast, that it makes me run even faster. I also love to bark at Dad to tell him when his commands are late! But, in 2 trials, Dad and I earned 3 titles! Our NJC, TN-N, and CL2-S! Dad says I still need impulse control, though. Huh...I thought agility was supposed to be about SPEEEEEEED...who needs control?

I got to do a Herding Trial in November (my first "official" trial). My gramma Debbie is handling me in herding and it's so much fun! I LOVE to tell those sheep what to do! HE HE HE Gramma won't let me bite them, though. Dang. I guess I did ok at the herding trial, because when they gave awards, my mom got stained glass plaques, big ribbons, and stuffed animals. She told me I got High-in-Trial - both days, and High Aussie. I dunno what that means, but I just wanted to go back out and play with the sheep or at least tear the toys apart, but Mom says we're saving them for my scrapbook. Huh...I say save them AFTER I've shredded 'em...I'm so fierce!

I'm trying really hard to be a good Aussie so Santa Paws will bring me treats. Mom says I might get coal though...I hope I can eat coal!

Happy Holidays,
Eshu...the fierce

My mommy can't belive I'm 3 years old already!!! Happy birthday to meeeee (well, a couple of weeks ago, but mommy says I can celebrate the whole month, since her birthday is in August, too!).

We moved to the country and mommy says I'm going to get my own sheepies. I can't wait! I LOVE to chase the sheepies. Mommy says I need to settle down, because I'm so excited I just can't stop when she tells me to.

I also got a new sister. Her name is Fuze and she's a border collie. I love her...she can play and play and play - all day, just like me. Of course, I get mad at her when she tries to get attention from MY mommy, but Fuze'll learn soon enough that mommy is MINE and I don't share her.

I'm still training for agility. Mommy says I'll get to compete soon and that I'm listening much better (I like the way I make up my own agility courses better than the way mommy says I have to run them!).

I'm having the best time in flyball, too. It is soooo fun.

Thanks for checking up on me!

Happy New Year!

WOW...the weather was CRAZY here. The wind and the rain...unbelievable. We went to an agility show in Elk Grove, CA over the New Year's weekeend so my sister could do agility (mean mom says I can't stay well enough to do a "trial" yet...Hrumph). And, the roads were under a foot or more of water! Mom said she was glad she had a full size van!

We did get to the facility and I got to play in the water and splash around like a lab! I LOVE being a lab. (OK, I know I'm not *really* a lab, but I love water like one!) I got to splash water all over my mom and my dad - he he he, and get really really muddy! My mom said she'd post a photo of what I looked like running in the water.

I sure hope I learn to stay soon so I can do agility with Kira. She thinks she's so good, but I'll beat her anyday!

I wish you all the best for the upcoming New Year! Stay safe and wag your tail lots!
