June 30th 1992
I loved to play with my wife Chichi.
Chichi, my wife, of course!!!
I had a big house with a big garden...who wanted to walk outside?
Always tried not to be bothered by his puppies...without any success!!!
We bought Tom from a breeder when he was 6 months old. His real name was Rosti Von Dallas, too long for a puppy!!! His father was Ulfzinderfer Gauner, and his mother was Durka Von Sheraton. He was from Argentina, where he was born on the 30th june 1992. When he arrived home, Chichi was about 4 months old and it was love at first sight. They grew up together and got married at the end of 1993.
Tom passed away one sad day of July 1998. He was hit by a car and never walked again despite multiple operations. He was a very loving and caring GSD, an example of loyalty and friendship.
From Tom's mom: I had to take the terrible decision to let him go. According to the vets, he would never be walking again. I stayed with him until his last moments. Now he is walking and running again at the Rainbow Bridge. I miss you so much, dear Tom, and forgive mom, if you can.
Proud to be a GSD

I was just tagged by the beautiful Lassie.
(Hint: Copy and paste the rules so you don't have to type them again):
Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Dogs who are tagged need to post in their diary the rules and their 7 pawsome facts. Then choose 7 dogs to tag and list their names. Don’t forget to bark them a pmail that they have been tagged and to read your diary, or, send them a fun Rosette announcing they've been Tagged!
Seven Random Facts About Me:
1. My canine dad was from Argentina and my canine mom from Germany.
2. There was just one thing I just couldn't stand: PUPPIES!!!!
3. I was a very serious GSD, very well trained, and nothing could distract me unless...Chichi was around!
4. I was the chief dog at home, unless Chichi was around...and she was always around!!!
5. I can still feel how much my human family loves me, their kisses reach me here at the Rainbow Bridge.
6. I'm very proud of my son Portos, he's gorgeous as I was (and very modest, of course, as I was...BOL)
7. My only true canine love? Chichi, of course!
The seven dogs I choose to tag are:
4. Eder Azukre

Before I grow too frail and weak,
And all that's left is peace in sleep,
I know you'll do what must be done,
To end this fight that can't be won.
I don't fear death as humans do,
So let me try to comfort you,
Come: let us take a quiet stroll,
And share some quietness soul to soul.
No need for words 'twixt you and I,
No need to say a last good-bye,
We've grown so close in mind and heart,
It seems so cruel that we must part.
Be sure I sense the pain you'll feel,
Without me walking at your heel,
The days will feel full of despair,
Your sweetheart simply won't be there.
In time the pain will slowly wane,
You'll think of me and smile again,
You'll speak with love and pride of me,
Your extra special G.S.D.
You will be sad - I understand,
But then don't grief let stay your hand,
For this day more than all the rest,
Your love and friendship stands the test.
We've had so many happy years,
What is to come holds no fears.
Now take me where my needs they'll tend,
And stay with me until the end,
And hold me close and speak to me,
until my eyes no longer see.
Although my tail it's last has waved,
From pain and suffering I've been saved.
Don't grieve so that it must be you
Who has decided this thing to do
We've been so close we two these years
Don't let your heart hold any tears.
The final sound I need to hear,
Is your soft voice upon my ear.
Your loving face will fade and dim,
As the rush of heaven closes in.
