Bio:
Morgan was the first small breed dog I ever fostered for a local rescue. A lady that runs the rescue called me and asked me to meet her at the local animal shelter. When I arrived at the shelter the lady showed me this little chihuahua that was barking and attacking the front of the cage and she asked me to foster her. I looked at this little chihuahua and thought why would anyone want a dog like this. I agreed to take this dog only until another foster home opened up. Little did I know that I would fall head over heels for this little girl and the chihuahua breed.
