Arrival Story:
Jacey was on a transport that I was helping with from an animal shelter to a chihuahua rescue. I picked her up from the shelter to take to another person so they could take her to the rescue. When I saw her, she had tumors all over her, she was very skinny, and she was also 15 years old. On the trip to meet the other lady, I decided that I wanted to adopt her. I felt so bad for her and knew that the odds of someone else adopting her was going to be slim. I also assumed that she probably would only live another few months since she was in such bad shape. I took her to the vet had all her tumors removed (found out they were all fatty tumors :) ) and had her teeth cleaned.
I have had her for over two years now. She is just a delight and doing well.

On New Years Eve 2007 I passed away at the age of 18. I will be greatly missed by my mommy, grandparents, and doggy sibblings. Mommy is having a hard time right now. She is trying to remember that I am back to my young self again and I have friends that were waiting for me at the bridge.
