A bad two days

These last few days have NOT been good! At first I had to go to the vet, and then I had to get my haircut! My haircut is pretty cute, if I do say so myself, but kind of cold for the weather here.

Yummy food!

My people just finished their "sooper" or "swupper" or whatever and I got the left-overs! I always do but this time I got a half a sandwich! I wonder whats for bedtime snack, hmmm.... sounds yummy to me!

Is it just me or is it getting colder outside? A couple days ago it actually snowed! I don't like the cold, but I do like the snow because it's really fun to eat. Hashoween or Halloween or whatever it is coming and the kids are getting really exited, hey, maybe I'll get some dog treats or something for the occasion, but I really don't want a costume, they itch.

Floor redoing...

Right after a short repite from loud noises after the kitchen was done, ANOTHER guy came in and started banging around the entire top floor, where MY ROOM IS! We had to move everything out of there, and he started pounding at things so loudly I just hid on a mattress downstairs with a blanket over my head. The noise is starting to let up though, but I still can't go up there. Huh!

Vacation

I just got back from a vacation! I was gone at te kennel all week while my people went to "schmidtish bumbledonia" or "brutish california" or something like that. I had a really good time, because I got to get away from all those scary renovators. Yipe! I loved chasing gophers, but I got really dirty. I hear tell of an upcoming "poodle parlour" appointment... uh-oh!

Vet!

I went to the vet this morning. I hate the vet! I got in there and they made me stand on some foul contraption known as a 'scale'. Then they held me still and dripped some vile poison down my nose. But the worst was yet to come... they TOOK MY BLOOD for some evil experiment known as a "blood test". Fortunately I made it out alive, and got a few liver treats. Mmm.... liver treats...

People in edmonton!

Today my people got up at 6 am and left for Edmonton! They said something about some kind of tae-kwon-dog plaid belt graduation or something. Then they gave me some toys, a hug, and left! Huh! They were gone for twelve hours! MAN did I have to go to the bathroom when they got back! But then they took me for a walk AND a run as well as some treats, so now I'm okay.

At the poodle parlor

Today at the poodle parlor I got a BIIIIG bath! They trimmed my hair, got me all shampooey, rinsed it off, foofed me up, and I was ready to go! Phew! I was getting hot outside, because it's almost summer, but I'm better now that my hair is shorter.

YEEEAH SUMMER!

On thursday, I fell down the stairs and hurt my paw, I had to hobble everywhere.
The next day though, my paw was better which is good because otherwise I would have to go to the vet!

tired from dog day!

Ah... yesterday was a great dog day! Today I'm all tuckered out. Yesterday we played for two hours, plus a walk! Today I spent all day just relaxing with my owners. I lost count of how many hugs I got! But tomorrow I think I'll be rarin' to go!
