Quick Bio:
-purebred

Likes:
A good game of fetch, a nice walk, tummy rubs, licking people, lying on someone else's bed, making her toy squeaker squeak, catching balls in her mouth

Pet-Peeves:
Going to the kennel. She's fine when she gets there, but getting her into the car to take her there she shake and puts her tail between her legs and resists as much as possible. She also hates being left home alone too long, loud noises, and hayfever.

Favorite Toy:
Her "air-dog" tennis stick, a penguin squeaker, and tennis balls. She has a toybox, and when we ask her to "Get a toy!" she picks the one she wants to play with. These three are the most frequent.

Favorite Food:
Dog treats of course, but her favourite dog food is Beneful

Favorite Walk:
Along the power lines, the back pathways, and around the block

Best Tricks:
"Bang!"(play dead), "Dude, hi-five!"(shake), "Jump!", and "Speak!" are all in her repertoire, but only if you have something she wants.

Arrival Story:
She was meant to be a beauty show dog, but she was so adorable that we paid 1000 dollars for her! Her mom was named Cheese Louise. When we brought her home she was constantly peeing on the floor, chewing up wooden objects, and generally being disobedient, so we sent her to obedience school. Even though she completely flunked, now she's one of the best trained dogs I know.

Bio:
Here are some funny stories: She is sometimes afraid of going up stairs. We can't figure out what the circumstances are, but about 20% of the time she will only go up stairs isf you call her and coax her up, even though she wants to be up there. Since in my family we always grind the coffee above the cupboard where we keep dog treats, she always associates the sound of the coffee grinder with food. All we have to do is say "RRRRRR!" and she comes running. She doesn't do it anymore, but she used to, whenever she was running quickly, not be able to stop and run into a wall. For some reason, even though we never trained her this way, the word "fat" is, training-wise, about twice as effective as "bad". When you say "FAT!" she immediately starts cowering. Finally, whenever you say "Arr, gussie!", say "Hey Gussie! WADOOIEY!" or blow on her face, she goes completely insane and starts licking you and barking. She's a funny doggie. One last thing: You can tell she loves us: if she goes out front with no leash and no people nearby, she never goes more than ten feet from the house. Either she's chicken, or she wouldn't run away from all the dog treats and tummy rubs if her life depended on it.

These last few days have NOT been good! At first I had to go to the vet, and then I had to get my haircut! My haircut is pretty cute, if I do say so myself, but kind of cold for the weather here.
Talk to you later!

Is it just me or is it getting colder outside? A couple days ago it actually snowed! I don't like the cold, but I do like the snow because it's really fun to eat. Hashoween or Halloween or whatever it is coming and the kids are getting really exited, hey, maybe I'll get some dog treats or something for the occasion, but I really don't want a costume, they itch.
