Pet-Peeves: the vet, disturbing his sleep, taking his toys, touching his food, going too near his mom while she is on the bed

Favorite Toy: "Happy Holidays" felt round circle toy, Kong anything, Everlasting Treat Ball, Rawhides

Favorite Food: boneless chicken, liver snaps, mamma's coffee, ice cream for dogs, all vegetables, especially cauliflower, broccoli, red peppers, brussel sprouts, and his absolute favorite--fresh green beans

Favorite Walk: He prefers his dog stroller, but will walk a trail or down the street there is a cul de sac he walks, but no sooner is he done he wants back in his stroller

Best Tricks: He bows, prays Jesus, sits, downs, puts his toys back in his toy box, puts his ball in my hand, begs, spins, and will jump through a hoop

Arrival Story: I had to put to sleep my 13 year old beloved Keeshond, Palsy, who had joint troubles. He weighed 60 lbs and was so heavy to carry so I vowed that I would get a smaller dog so that if it got sick I could carry it without injuring myself in the process. After researching toy breeds I went to a local pet store and got a Shiba Inu/American Eskie, well he was 20 lbs by 17 weeks old so I brought him back and asked the store owner for a dog who would weigh under 10 lbs and not be so headstrong. That was when I got Oliver my first Papillon. I brought him home and he was not right so I called the vet and he had severe cerebral neural problems--back to the pet store to get my money back. My vet gave me a list of breeders and I got my precious Tobie-tyler on the third attempt out of Fonda, NY. I guess it is true the third time really is a charm!

Bio: Tobie has completed his CGC Canine Good Citizen and had basic and intermediate obedience training. I use all the training and had such a wonderful bonding experience with him during it. He is my heartbeat--my sunshine in every day!
