Arrival Story:
I was at the Texas School for the Deaf Homecoming and went to lunch at Taco Bell for some reason. She had been abandoned a week before with a brother who was already dead. Lexi was maybe 6 weeks old and malnourished to say the least. I took her home and she has never left my side, except to eat junebugs.
Bio:
She loves laying on her back with her legs against the fence for a tan resulting in grass stains on her head. She has also helped me foster sevel litters of kittens. Winter of 2004 she tore an ACL, and 3 months after her surgery tore the other as well. She now has metal in both knees along with hip displysia ( i assume due to her early childhood) but she has been optimistic through everything. Now she is almost back to normal but with a few aches and pains along the way.
