We wanted a particular size, color, hair style and personality so we drove four hours each way to get her.

Bio:
When Zoey was about 81/2 weeks, 11 pounds, about dusk, we were in our back yard, when this huge owl swooped down and hovered about 8 feet above her. We began to run over to protect her, the owl lower itself closer to her with talons out stretched, then as quickly as it came it left. Thank goodness!
