Birthday: November 14th 2000 Likes: Playing with mom and dad , sleeping on the bed with mom, going for rides, going for walks, laying on the leather sectional and looking out the window. I also like the UPS man because he brings me stuff..and I like my vet, Dr. Fuller. She's real nice! Pet-Peeves: Cats, cats, cats, cats, and cats. Did I mention cats? Oh yeah..and cats! (I really don't like cats!) The mail truck, vacuum cleaners, and people who ignore me! Favorite Toy: FRISBEE!! my rubber hamburger, Henrietta the rubber chicken, anything that squeaks..especially when mom and dad are watching TV and ignoring me! Favorite Food: Solid Gold dog food (YUMMY!), dog cookies, broccoli, celery , and popcorn (no butter or salt!) Favorite Walk: Around the block every morning with mom. I get to see my boyfriend, Ruger! (a handsome black Lab!) Best Tricks: The usual stuff that amuses humans..shaking hands etc. (humans are so easily amused) And I'm really, really good at jumping up in the air to catch a Frisbee. After losing our Black Lab, Bandit, to cancer we didn't think we'd get another dog. That plan only lasted about a month and we went back to the breeder we'd purchased Bandit from to inquire about new litters. We first saw Caly at 4 weeks of age and it was love at first sight! On Christmas Eve 2000 she came home with us..and we've been wrapped around her paw every since. Bio: Miss Caly is the proud daughter of FC-AFC Blackwater Rudy. She's also the great-granddaughter of NAFC-FC The Little Duke of Fargo, and is great-great-great granddaughter of NAFC-FC Lawhorn's Cadillac Mack, who was featured on the 1982 National Retriever Club Stamp and Print. Woof! Haven't added anything new for a while so thought I would stop in. Mom and Dad aren't going on a vacation this Fall so I won't have to stay at the kennel. That makes me happy!! They're nice to me there..but it isn't home. Mom said Dad will be home for a whole month for his vacation and they are going to work on our house. I think they're putting a new wood floor in the bedroom. That should be fun. Mom said during that month I also have to go to the vet to get my teeth cleaned. Grrr..I don't like that! Mom says I have to though.
My friend Ruger is having a birthday next month and he will be 14. Mom says that's getting sort of old for a Lab. He is doing real good though.

It's been over a year since my last update. Guess I really should make Mom let me use the computer more often. 2009 was good. Mom and Dad went on a trip for a week in the Fall and I wasn't very happy with them because I had to stay in the kennel. I guess the kennel is okay. The people are nice and play with me every day, but it's not like home. I don't know if they are going anywhere this year. (I kinda hope not!) Anyway, I'm 9 yrs. old now and Mom still says I act like a puppy most days. She said that's a good thing though because I'm happy and healthy. I go for a walk every morning with Mom and play Frisbee with Dad in the back yard. It's a good life.....
WOOF-WOOF! Gosh it's been a really long time since I wrote anything in my diary here. Since the last entry I've had another birthday. (Mom didn't forget) I'm now 8 years old. Mom says I still act like a big puppy sometimes, even though my face is getting white.
I had a good 2008. Mom and Dad didn't go on a vacation so I didn't have to stay at the kennel. I got to be home with them the whole time for vacation. That was really fun. I got to play Frisbee just about every day!
