Lots and lots of cookies and attention! He likes to snort, snore, leave slobber and froth all over you and all over the place, and lay stink bombs. he has the hiccups a lot. he loves his toys, walks, rides in the car, meeting new people and belly rubs.

Pet-Peeves:
The vacuum cleaner, getting his ears cleaned out, being outside for too long, rain, having his lips played with, sharing his toys, sharing attention, sharing his mom. he can get jealous pretty easily.

Favorite Toy:
He loves his monkey the best. He flings his stuffed toys and rope toys around the room and against the wall. he likes to use olivia's legs as a chew toy too. he also loves his kong stuffed with cookies.

Greenies, bisquits, french fries, vanilla ice cream, cheeseburgers

Favorite Walk:
Los gatos creek trail, a walk through any dog store, around the neighborhood, visiting friends, the beach

Sit, down, heal....and just being cute.

Arrival Story:
I had been thinking about getting a dog for years, but my roommate has Olivia, who I'm very attached to, so I never felt the need for my own. Then late last year, 8 of my close friends moved out of the area, and i was feeling really sad and thought that not only would my roommates dog probably love a friend to play with during the day but I would love my very own companion. I searched around for months, inquiring about various dogs when I came across a picture of Rocco on the Dogue de Bordeaux society (DDBS) website and had to meet him. My roomies and our dog, olivia, piled up in the -- link removed -- and we met him at his foster mom's house. I fell in love with him instantly and knew that he was mine.

Bio:
Rocco passed away on Aug. 2nd, 2004 from terminal heart disease in our home with family and friends. He is dearly missed and running free at the Rainbow Bridge. Rocco has his own website at http://www.roccothesnaggletooth.co m for additional pictures and stories.
